Heard Mr. Suraj Jadhav, learned Advocate for the Applicant. He submits that there are no eyewitnesses to the crime alleged against the Applicant. He submits that the charge has been filed. He submits that maximum punishment for the offence charged against the Applicant is 5 years. He submits that the Applicant is behind bars since 26th September, 2024 and till date charge is not framed. 2.

Issue notice to Respondent.
