It appears that the Hon'ble Supreme Court in case of co-accused - Mohsin Ali .vrs. State of Maharashtra (SLP(Cri) No.73105/2025) has vide order dated 19.12.2025 directed the trial Court to conclude the trial within a period of 2 years. In this view of the matter, the order of Apex Court being self speaking, Trial Court to act accordingly.
