Heard Ms. Panicker, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mr. Kulkarni, learned APP for Respondent - State. 2.

In the present case, Applicant is incarcerated in prison for the past 5 years and 8 months in an offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Learned Advocate for Applicant inform the Court that charge has not been framed as yet. He would submit that 8 out of 12 accused persons have already enlarged on bail. In that view of the matter, an arguable case has been made out by Ms. Panicker for grant of bail on the ground of long incarceration pending trial. 4.

In that view of the matter, considering the long incarceration of the Applicant since long, Mr. Kulkarni, learned APP is directed to

List the Bail Application on Board on 16th April 2025. To be listed on the 'Supplementary Board'.
