Mr. Rushikesh Kale, learned Advocate points out to the order dated 2nd May 2025, wherein the learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent was directed to file the Affidavit on record with the details as mentioned in Paragraph 5 of the said order. He submits that till date the Affidavit is not filed. 3.

Mr. Shriram Chaudhari, learned A.P.P. appears on behalf of the State/Respondent and submits that the Affidavit could not be filed due to some difficulties. He prays for extension of time by one week, to file Affidavit. Mr. Rushikesh Kale, learned Advocate does not object to the said request.
