This is an application for regular bail.

The applicant came to be arrested in Crime No.710 of 2024 registered at MIDC Police Station, Solapur for the offences punishable under Sections 143(2), 144(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act.

On 16.10.2024, on the basis of secret information, the house of the applicant was raided and the applicant and other coaccused were found to be running a brothel. 4.

I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent - State.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that with ulterior motive false case has been registered against the applicant. It is Dinesh S. Sherla 1/2

916-ba-1140-25.odt submitted that the applicant is in jail for six months. It is submitted that there are no other criminal antecedents. 6.

On the other hand, learned APP for the respondent/State submits that the applicant has induced the victims to indulge into prostitution activity. It is submitted that considering the nature of crime, the applicant may not be released on bail. 7.

The applicant is in jail for six months. The trial is not likely to be concluded in near future as, it is still at the stage of framing of charge. There are no other criminal antecedents. Considering the said facts, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail. In the result, the following order is passed.

O R D E R

A] The Application is allowed.

B] The applicant be released on bail in C.R. No. 710 of 2024 registered at MIDC Police Station, Solapur city for the offences punishable under Sections 143(2), 144(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) on furnishing P.R Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with one or two sureties in the like amount.

C] The applicant shall attend the concerned police station once in a month ,i.e., on first Saturday between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. till framing of charge.
