Considering the indictment of Applicant in the present case, Mr. Mandavkar, learned Advocate for Applicant is directed to serve the learned Prosecutor. The charge-sheet of the case shall be filed on record. This is because in the present case the role of Applicant will have to be scrutinized by the Court prima facie. 3.

Though the learned Advocate for Applicant would submit that he has annexed the relevant documents qua his role from the chargesheet, due to the submissions of Mr. Haldankar, I direct him to file the entire charge-sheet and serve copy of the same on the learned Prosecutor.
