4-BA-820-2025.DOC on medical grounds. According to Applicant, the wife and children of the Applicant are not being permitted to meet the Applicant, who is admitted in the ICU at J.J. Hospital. He also seeks permission to agitate the said grievance before the Trial Court.

It is made clear that I have not considered the merits in the Bail Application, and all contentions on merits are kept open.
