By the present Application, the Applicant is seeking bail in Crime No.273 of 2024 registered at Dindori Police Station, District-Nashik for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code (Sessions Case No. 293 of 2024).

After having heard the matter for substantial time and upon this Court having expressed its view of not being inclined to grant bail, Mr. Akshay H. Bankapur learned Advocate for the Applicant sought a pass-over to take instructions from the Applicant.

Matter was called out after some time. Mr. Akshay H. Bankapur learned Advocate for the Applicant on instructions from the Applicant, craves leave to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the Trial Court, in the event of change of circumstances. Ms. Shilpa G. Talhar, learned APP and Mr. Sagar R. Sonawane learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 do not object to the liberty as sought for by the Applicant. Leave to withdraw the bail application is granted, with the liberty as prayed. If a fresh Bail Application is filed by the Applicant before the Trial Court, on the ground of change in circumstances, the same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.
