Heard Mr. Rahul Arote, learned Advocate for the Applicant. He submits that one of the grounds on which the Applicant is seeking bail in the present Application, is the ground of long incarceration. He submits that the Applicant was arrested on 18th August 2019 and he is in jail for a continuous period of 5 years and 10 months. He submits that though the trial has commenced, only 9 witnesses out of listed 30 prosecution witnesses, have been examined. He therefore submits that there is an urgency in the matter.
