Urgent praecipe is moved on behalf of the Applicant in Bail Application No. 1167 of 2025 stating that the Applicant is presently admitted to Civil Hospital and is undergoing medical treatment, having suffered a stroke and a paralytic attack in the year 2024.

Mr. Patil, learned Advocate for Applicant would submit that considering the medical condition of Applicant, he requires extensive care. That apart he would submit that Applicant is arrested on 05.02.2025 and investigation is completed and therefore Applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail considering his medical condition. He would submit that Prison Authorities have informed the family members of Applicant that on 02.05.2025 he has been admitted to hospital and his health is deteriorating. This is causing concern and hence present Application deserves immediate hearing. 4.

Learned APP appearing in the present Application is directed to immediately take cognizance of the praecipe and immediately ascertain the medical condition stated therein from the Chief Medical Officer of Kalyan Central Prison forthwith and submit a report to the Court. If what is stated in the praecipe is true, Application will be taken up for hearing forthwith.

It is seen that Bail Application No. 1148/25 has also been tagged along with present Application since both the Applicants are co-accused in the same crime.

Stand over to 8th May, 2025 for placing the report before the Court.
