Mr. Ayaz Khan, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, states that the statement made by the learned APP and recorded in the order dated 1st December 2025, that 'a supplementary charge-sheet has been filed in the present matter before the Trial Court', is incorrect. He has tendered a certified copy of Roznama of the Trial Court concerned, which indicates that there is no such supplementary charge-sheet filed before the Trial Court. The copy of the said Roznama is taken on record.
