Heard Mr. Kushwaha, learned Advocate for Applicant and Ms. Gajare - Dhumal, learned APP for Respondent. 2.

Applicant is in incarceration from 07.09.2017 for offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 3.

Mr. Kushwaha would persuade the Court to consider long incarceration of Applicant of more than 7 years 6 months 17 days in prison pending trial.

Learned APP would inform the Court that trial has already commenced.

However considering the above long incarceration, learned APP shall accordingly inform the role of Applicant and precise status of the trial in order to enable the Court to consider this Bail Application.
