He has moved a praecipe of today's date for speaking to the minutes of order dated 21st August 2025, seeking correction in the description of the name of Court figuring in paragraph nos. 3, 14(a) & 14(e). He requests that the designation of the Court be referred to as "District Judge-2 and Additional Sessions Judge, Panvel, District-Raigad".

Mr. Amit Palkar, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent does not object for the said correction.

In view of the above, the designation of the Court be mentioned in paragraph nos. 3, 14(a) & 14(e) as "District Judge-2 and Additional Sessions Judge, Panvel, District-Raigad" of the order Gitalaxmi

Order dated 21st August 2025 be corrected accordingly and the corrected copy of the said order be uploaded on the official website of this Court.
