At the outset, Ms. Gauri Rao, learned APP, states that the trial has commenced, and the complainant - mother of the minor victim has been examined. She states that on the next date the victim herself will be examined. There are only 10 witnesses, which the prosecution intends to examine. She submits that the trial seems to be proceeding at a proper pace. 2.

In view of the statement made by Ms. Rao, Ms. Ruby Shaikh, learned counsel for the Applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application. Permission is granted.
