With the assistance of the learned counsel for the applicant in this bail application, I have perused the orders of the Court passed from time to time including the recent orders dated 8 May 2025. 3.

Mr. Sonawane, learned APP desires to file a short reply to the application. Such permission is granted. The applicant in this application has also pressed for interim bail on medical grounds. Pallavi

In this regard, Mr. Sonawane, has placed on record report from the office of the Superintendent, Kalyan, District Prison, Thane dated 13 May 2025. A copy of such medical report is taken on record and marked as Exh- 'X' for identification.

Mr. Sonawane is permitted to file reply which would more particularly, address the queries of this Court vide order dated 8 May 2025. The Court shall endeavour to pass appropriate orders on the bail application on the adjourned date of hearing. 6.

List the proceedings for further consideration on 21 May 2025. Today, this order is passed taking into due consideration, earlier orders passed by this Court dated 6 May 2025 and 8 May 2025. 7.
