On last three occasions, time was granted to the learned APP to take instructions. However, she is unable to reply about certain factual queries on the ground that the Investigating Officer is not present.

Hence, the Investigating Officer of the case shall remain present in this Court at 11:00 a.m. tomorrow, 3rd September 2025. If he fails to remain present at 11:00 a.m., the Commissioner of Police, Mumbai shall personally remain present day after tomorrow, 4th September, 2025. If he fails to remain present, nonbailable warrant against the Commissioner of Police, Mumbai will be issued.
