The applicant has filed this criminal application for release on bail. Earlier, bail was granted to the applicant by this Court. The applicant has flouted the conditions imposed by this Court and thereafter, when the notice was issued, he remained absent. Therefore, the bail granted to the applicant is cancelled.

Now the applicant is claiming that since 2023, he is in jail and there is no progress in trial. The applicant has not filed on record the status of the trial. Time is granted to file the status of trial. 2.

Call the status of the trial from the concerned Court.
