Mr. Aniket Nikam, learned Advocate for the Applicant during the midst of the argument, submitted that the prosecution, which is placing heavy reliance on the CCTV footage Panchnama, has neither produced the transcript nor the CCTV footage to the Accused. Upon this submission being made, Ms. Anamika Malhotra, submits that the said issue can be resolved if the CCTV footage is shown to the Applicants in the presence of the Investigation Officer. Mr. Aniket Nikam, learned Advocate for the Applicant and the other Advocates in the connected Bail Applications are agreeable to the said suggestion. They submit that the CCTV footage will be viewed by fixing a date and time convenient to the parties. They therefore requests for deferring the further hearing of this Application up to 22nd August, 2025.
