Learned Advocates for the Applicants appearing in these three bail applications, submit that the Applicants are seeking bail on the sole ground of parity. They claim parity based on the order dated 20.12.2024, passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Siddharth Mariba Kamble Vs. State of Maharashtra1. The said bail order pertain to Accused No.16 in the said crime. The present bail applications pertains to Accused No.6, Accused No.20 and Accused No.23.

Mr. Rajesh Ranglani, learned Advocate for the Applicant submit that Mr. Priyal Sarda, arguing counsel for the Intervener is in personal difficulty and he has circulated a leave note. He therefore seeks a short accommodation till 04.08.2025. Not objected to by the learned Advocates appearing for the respective Applicants.
