By way of this praecipe, Ms. Sharma, learned counsel for the Applicant, seeks correction in the order dated 14th November, 2025. The name of the Applicant has been recorded as Sunil Madhavrao Mohite @Belgar. However, Ms. Sharma states that the correct name of the Applicant is Sunil Madhavrao Mohite @Beldar. Accordingly, wherever the name of the Applicant appears as 'Belgar', the same be corrected and replaced with the name 'Beldar'.
