Heard learned counsel for the parties and with their assistance, perused the record.

Mr. Katarnaware, learned counsel for the applicant has strenuously urged the application. The Court has heard Mr. Katarnaware for some time.

This Court has by an order dated 9 May 2025, which was passed subsequent to the order of 2 May 2025 taking into consideration the medical report, listed the Bail Application on 16 July 2025. Learned counsel for the applicant would fairly state that there is no order after 9 May 2025. Shubham

7-BA-1230-2025.doc At this juncture, he, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to approach the learned Trial Court. 4.

The Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. The Trial Court depending on its docket of cases, would endeavor to expedite hearing of such Bail Application as and when filed by the applicant.

Bail Application is accordingly disposed of.

In terms of the above order, Interim Application, if any, does not survive and is accordingly disposed of.
