After hearing the mater for some time, when I was not inclined to grant relief, Ms. Gunjan Thakkar, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, sought permission to withdraw the present bail application. However, she submitted that ever since the Applicant has been arrested, he has not been produced before the Trial Court. She also stated that the Applicant is incarcerated for the past six years, yet charges are not framed.

In the aforesaid circumstances, the Trial Court is directed to frame charges within the next six months from the date of this order. The Trial Court shall also record the depositions of the victim and the first informant within the said period. The Trial Court will also note that the Applicant has not been produced before the Trial Court and issue appropriate directions in that regard.

In view of the above, the present bail application is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid directions. 4.

Learned APP to take steps to convey the present order to the Trial Court.
