Learned Advocate for the applicant, on instructions form the applicant's wife, who is present in Court, states that the applicant is ready to file an undertaking giving time schedule for deposit of the amount. He states that based on instructions of the applicant's wife, it is stated that amount of Rs.5 lakh will be deposited immediately, and balance Rs.20 lakh shall be deposited by way of installment of Rs.5 lakh per month.

The Superintendent of Prison shall permit the applicant to get the affidavit sworn before the Competent Authority. 3.
