Mr. Mukte, learned appointed Advocate for Respondent No.2 would submit that he was not be in a position to establish contact with Respondent No.2 to obtain instructions in the present Application. Respondent No.2 - First Informant is the mother of the victim. Applicant is indicted in an offence punishable under the provisions of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and incarcerated in prison for the past 1 year and 4 months.
