The earlier bail application filed by the applicant was withdrawn by order dated 27.06.2025, since this Court has shown its disinclination to grant bail. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that in the family of the applicant there is no bread earner and virtually three children and his wife are starving. 3.

This ground is not sustainable. However, considering the fact that the applicant was arrested on 07.03.2025, it would be appropriate to request the trial Rgd.

Order 090126ba1250.25 Court to make endeavor to conclude the trial preferably within a period of 6 months.

Criminal Application is accordingly disposed of.
