This Court (Coram: N. J. Jamadar, J.) in Bail Application No.2452 of 2023, by an order dated 6th March 2024, recorded as follows:
"1. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.
2. When the Court expressed its disinclination to entertain the prayer for bail, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application.
3. The learned counsel further submits that having regard to the nature of the accusation and the fact that 8th 2025

4. The submission appears justifiable.
5. Leave granted.
6. The application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
7. The learned Session Judge seized with the Sessions Case No. 272 of 2022 arising out of C.R. No.177 of 2022 is requested to make an endeavour to commence and conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible." 2.
Mr. Veerdhawal Deshmukh, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that even today, the status of the trial is the same as that which existed on 6th March 2024 when the said order is passed.

In these circumstances, Registrar (Judl-1) to call report from the Trial Court concerned as to why there is no substantial progress in the trial.

Report be submitted within 10 days from the date on which this order is communicated to the Trial Court. 5.
Stand over to 17th November 2025.
