Heard Mr. Kadam, learned Senior Advocate for Applicant and Ms. Ganapathy, learned APP for Respondent No.1 and Mr. Kamble, learned Advocate for Respondent No.2. 2.
I am informed that there are three victims in the present case.

Considering indictment of Applicant in offences punishable under provisions of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short 'IPC') and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (for short 'POCSO'), learned Advocate for Applicant is directed to implead all three victims as party Respondent Nos.3, 4 and 5 to the present Application. Necessary amendment is permitted to be carried out
forthwith. Amendment is carried out in presence of the Court. Reverification stands dispensed with. 4.
Mr. Kadam is directed by Court to serve a copy of Application through the concerned Investigating Officer directly to the newly added Respondents.

I am informed by Mr. Kamble that he has been instructed by the victims to appear on their behalf. Considering the aforesaid amendment, he will have to file appropriate Vakalatnama to that effect.

For the present, direction to the learned Advocate for Applicant is to serve three copies of the Application on the concerned Investigating Officer and Investigating Officer is directed to depute a responsible lady Police Officer to serve copy of Application on the three victims to enable them to give their consent as to whether they require legal representation through the legal aid or whether they would like Mr. Kamble to espouse the cause on their behalf. The aforesaid exercise is directed to be carried out within a period of one week from today.

Mr. Kamble has informed the Court that he will be appearing in the present matter to represent and espouse the cause of the victims pro-bono. If that be the case then this Court shall consider appointing Mr. Kamble through the High Court Legal Services Committee on the
next adjourned date. Investigating Officer shall accordingly apprise the Court through the learned APP about the same in his report / consent form.
