Mr. Kadam, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Applicant, has tendered an order dated 16th September 2025 passed by the Additional Sessions Court, Bhiwandi, directing the Prison Authorities of Kalyan, to place on record, medical report pertaining to the present Applicant.

It appears that till date, no such report has been placed on record by the Prison Authorities.

Mr. Yogesh Dabke, learned APP representing the State, is requested to ensure that the Prison Authorities shall place the report as directed by the Sessions Court, within a period of 8 days from today.

The Report shall detail the current health status of the Applicant as well as medical treatment, if any, given by the Prison Authorities or the Government Hospital to him. 5.
