The learned APP submits that earlier bail application was rejected on 13.07.2024. There is no change in circumstances. He submits that nine witnesses have already been examined. Very few witnesses are remained to be examined. The side of the prosecution would be concluded within a month or two months. On consideration of this fact, the learned counsel appearing for applicant seeks withdrawal of the application. 3.
