After hearing the learned Advocate for the Applicant for some time, when this Court has expressed its disinclination to grant bail, Mr. Ravi Dwivedi, learned Advocate appearing for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application, if the trial is not concluded within a period of one year from today. 2.
The aforesaid statement of the learned Advocate for the Applicant is accepted.

On the other hand, Ms. Shinde, learned APP, submitted that she has no objection to withdraw the Application with liberty as prayed. However, she submitted that the charge has been framed, summons have been issued to the witnesses, and the prosecution will try to conclude the trial as early as possible. She also submitted that the learned Advocate for the Applicant should cooperate in concluding the trial expeditiously. 4.
In response, the learned Advocate for the Applicant undertakes that he will not seek any adjournment in the matter and will cooperate to conduct the trial expeditiously. 5.
In view of the above, the Bail Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

Inform the learned Trial Court accordingly.
