Applicant is indicted in an offence under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and incarcerated from 19.10.2023. the weapon in question is a razor (वस्तरा). She would submit that the Complainant, as also the sole eye witness whose statements are appended to the Application have both confessed that Applicant has not involved in the present crime. She would submit that out of the 5 Accused persons, other 4 persons have already been enlarged on bail save and except Applicant whom the primary role is attributable. 3.

If what Ms. Ahmed is submitting is correct then learned APP shall take appropriate instructions and ascertain the veracity of said submissions and also role of Applicant in the present crime and
