It is stated in the urgent praecipe that Applicant is suffering rom kidney stone, however there is no prima facie material appended to the praecipe. Hence, the Chief Medical Officer is directed to ascertain the medical status of the Applicant and accoridngly file a Prisoner's Health Report to the Court to consider the case of the Applicant. 3.

Let the report be filed within a period of two weeks from today. 4.

Stand over to 10th July, 2025. Liberty to the Applicant to move the Vacation Court.
