Considering the accused is in jail for last two years for the alleged offence of Section 307 IPC etc.

2) Mr. Walve, learned APP, on instructions, submits that in this case the prosecution will examine maximum six witnesses within 15 months from today and conclude the trial. But, the trial Court is also dealing with other under trial cases.

3) Therefore, the learned Counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the aforesaid Application with liberty to renew the prayer for bail after 15 months, if the trial is not concluded within the said period.

4) Application stands disposed of as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
