Heard Mr. Sayed, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mr. Singh, learned APP for Respondent No.1 appearing through Video Conferencing.

At the outset Mr. Singh would submit that he has perused the order dated 02.04.2025 and has also noted the contents thereof. Equally the counsels of Respondent No.1 instructing him are also cognizant about what is stated in the order.

He would persuade the Court to grant a week's time to enable Respondent No.1 to place its Affidavit-in-Reply on record which the Court had allowed to be filed by order dated 02.04.2025. 4.

Though I have reasoned out with Mr. Singh, considering that

37.BA.1298.2025.doc he would submit that Affidavit-in-Reply is ready and it is being vetted by Respondent No.1, the request is accepted.

In that view of the matter, adhering to his request, as a final opportunity time is granted to Respondent No.1 of one week to enable UOI to file Affidavit-in-Reply in compliance of order dated 02.04.2025. 6.
