The learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the property belongs to the company of which the Applicant is a Director. The Applicant shall file an undertaking stating that he will not raise any objection to the sale of the said property by the Government Authority for recovery of the fraud amount. The learned Advocate for the Applicant further submits that necessary directions be issued to the Jail Authority to permit the 1/2 ADN
