The applicant by this application is seeking bail in connection with Crime No.262/2024 registered with Police Station Ajni, Nagpur, Dist. Nagpur for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 143, 147, 148, 149, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 4, 25 of the Arms Act, Sections 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act and under Sections 3(1)(ii), 3(2), 3(4) of the Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act, 1999.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that this Court by an order dated 19.01.2026, released one Ritik S/o Raju Shelkar on bail in Criminal Application No. 1228/2025 and the present applicant is also standing on the same footing and claims parity.

The learned APP concedes this fact and submits that both present applicant and accused Ritik S/o Raju Shelkar played similar role.

Considering the above fact that this Court by an order dated 19.01.2026 passed in Criminal Application No. 1228/2025 has granted bail to one Ritik S/o Raju Shelkar, by adopting the same reasons, I am inclined to grant bail, hence the following order:-
ORDER
(i) Criminal application is allowed and disposed of. (ii) The applicant/accused Aniket S/o Diliprao Kale be released on bail in connection with Crime No.262/2024 registered with Police Station Ajni, Nagpur, Dist. Nagpur for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 143, 147, 148, 149, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 4, 25 of the Arms Act, Sections 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act and under Sections 3(1)(ii), 3(2), 3(4) of the Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act, 1999 on his furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety in the like amount.
3 24 BA 1304.25 (iii) The accused/applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case, as also shall not tamper with the evidence.
(iv) The accused shall provide his residential address and cell number to concerned Police Station and shall not change his place of residence without prior intimation to the concerned Investigating Officer.
(v) The applicant/accused shall attend each and every date of trial regularly. If he fails to attend the trial for two consecutive dates or fails to comply with the aforesaid conditions, his default would entails the State to ask for cancellation of bail.
