The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is behind bars for more than 2 years, yet charge has not been framed against the Applicant. The learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw this application with liberty to file a fresh application after recording evidence of victim, before this Court. 3.
Considering the submissions of applicant, the application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of with the aforesaid liberty. 4.
