After arguing the matter for sometime, when this Court was not inclined to grant bail to the Applicant, Mr. Parveen Khan, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application. Permission to withdraw is granted. 2.

The Applicant is in custody since 11th March 2024 and till today, C.A. Report is not received. The Forensic Science Laboratory is directed to send C.A.Report within a period of 6th November 2025
