The Trial Court shall record evidence of the victim under Section 35 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, and shall also record evidence of her mother within a period of 3 months from today.

Learned Advocate for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to approach the Trial Court after completing recording of evidence of the victim and her mother.

The bail application, therefore, stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
