At the outset, Ms. Anamika Malhotra, learned APP representing the State in the matter, on instructions, submits that charges are framed and the prosecution intends to examine only 8 witnesses.

Mr. Dilip Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, however, complains that the charges are framed on 16th June 2025 but yet, the evidence has not commenced. 8th December 2025

Considering the above grievance made by learned counsel for the Applicant, Trial Court is directed to commence and conclude the trial within 6 months from the date on which this order is communicated to it.

In view of above direction to the Trial Court, Mr. Mishra, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application.
