The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the defence of the applicant is that he has pacified the quarrel, which could be seen from the C.C.T.V. footage. However, the report of the C.C.T.V. footage is yet not received, and there is no transcript of the said C.C.T.V. footage on record. 2.

In this view of the matter, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks withdrawal of the present application, with liberty to file the application before the trial Court as and when the C.C.T.V. footage is received.

Permission granted. The Criminal Application is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
