The status report shows that, till this date, five prosecution witnesses are examined. The prosecution wants to examine the doctors, DNA experts and Investigation Officers as prosecution witnesses and to that effect learned Special A.P.P. has filed a Pursis.

Considering this fact, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application and prayed to direct the trial Court to conclude the trial within three months.

Considering the fact that the trial is at the fag end, the trial Court is requested to conclude the trial within three months.

In this view of the matter, the Criminal Application is disposed of as withdrawn. In case, the trial is not concluded within three months, the applicant is at liberty to approach this Court once again by filing a fresh bail application.
