Heard Mr. Niranjan Bhavake, learned Advocate for the Applicant and Mr. Tanveer Khan, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent.

Mr. Niranjan Bhavake, learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Applicant has been falsely implicated in the present crime. He submits that the contention of Applicant being falsely implicated in the present crime is made out from the medical opinion at page no. 66 of the paper-book. He submits that the victim is involved in lodging another crime in respect of a similar offence. He points out to page no. 166 of the paper-book, i.e., the medical opinion. 25-BA-1351-2025.doc with page no. 166 of the paper-book submits that on both the occasions, the medical opinion is not only similar, but identical. 3.

Mr. Tanveer Khan, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent points out that though the offences under Protection of Children from Sexual Offenecs Act, 2012 are charged against the Applicant, the Applicant has not joined the Informant/Complainant as a partyRespondent to the present proceedings. 4.

Mr. Niranjan Bhavake, learned Advocate submits that by inadvertence, the Informant/Complainant remained to be joined as party-Respondent.

He craves leave to add the Informant/Complainant as party-Respondent No. 2. 5.

Mr. Tanveer Khan, learned A.P.P. does not object for the amendment to the cause-title of the present Bail Application. 6.

In view of the same, leave granted to the Applicant to amend the cause-title of the Application to add Informant/Complainant as party-Respondent No. 2. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. 7.

Upon amendment being carried out, issue notice to the proposed Respondent No. 2 through the Investigating Officer, Chaturshrungi Police Station, Pune City with the direction to file a Service Report on or before the next date of hearing. 8.

List the matter on 13th August 2025.
