Applicant is indicted under Section 302 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short 'IPC') for past more than 5 years. Charge is framed in November - 2024 but trial has not commenced. 3.

Applicant is the sole Accused person having inflicted blow with paver block on victim leading to his fatality. 4.

Learned APP shall ascertain the aforesaid submissions made by learned Advocate for Applicant and accordingly inform the Court about the precise status of trial so as to enable the Court to consider the Application on the next adjourned date.
