Mr. Khan would submit that facts in this case are similar to the decision of this Court in the case of Abdul Wahid Abdul Razzak Memon Vs. State of Maharashtra1.

He would submit that facts in the present case are absolutely identical to the said facts in as much as thumb impression of Applicant has been taken twice while complying with procedure contemplated under Section 50 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short 'NDPS Act'). Applicant is arrested on 07.05.2024. 4.

Learned APP shall take appropriate instructions and accordingly apprise the Court about the same on the next adjourned Bail Application No.597 of 2024 decided on 02.04.2025.
