The learned counsel for applicant tenders precipe for speaking to the minutes. The learned counsel submits that in title clause of the application the name of the father of applicant is written as "Raju", however his name is Rajendra. Therefore, he seeks leave to correct the name in the application as well as he seeks correction in the order dated 19.01.2026 to that extent.

Leave to correct the name of the applicant in the application is granted. Correction be made forthwith. 4.

In the order dated 19.01.2026, the name of the applicant be corrected as "Rajendra" in stead of "Raju" and corrected order be uploaded.
