Today, at the time of rising, this matter was taken up out of turn at the request of Ms. Aisha Ansari, learned Advocate for the Applicant, who has submitted that the present Bail Applicant is a fresh matter, which is filed on 26th March 2024, despite no hearing taken in the matter till date. She further submits that the Applicant is seeking bail on the ground of parity. She submits that Accused No. 4 Wasim Shaikh Ismail @ Wasim Ganjawala is released on bail by the Sessions Court at Malegaon by order dated 17th June 2025. She submits that Accused Nos. 2, 6 and 7 have also been released on bail in the present crime. She submits that the order dated 17th June 2025 is not produced on record. She craves leave to produce the same on record. Leave granted to produce the order granting bail to Accused No. 4 on record. She prays for a week's time to produce the said order on record.
