The learned Senior Counsel and Public prosecutor Shri Chavhan, makes a statement that 16 witnesses are already examined, and only 14 witnesses are to be examined. He states that the statement is made on the basis of instructions from the Special P.P., who is conducting the trial. 3.
In view of this, the learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the Rgd.
Order 180226ba1378.25 application with liberty to file fresh application before the trial Court, in case the trial is not concluded within a period of 6 months.

Permission granted.
Criminal Application is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as sought for.

The Trial Court is requested to conclude the trial within a period of 6 months.
