The learned Counsel appearing for the applicant submits that though liberty was granted by this Court vide order dated 16.0.2025, to file application after 6 months, however, the applicant has directly approached this Court without approaching the trial Court. In this view of the matter, he seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to prefer the same before the trial Court by raising the ground of "delay in trial" and further requests that the Rgd.
Order 170226ba1389.25 trial Court be directed to expeditiously decide the said application.
