The learned APP submits that at present evidence of the Investigating Officer is going on and it will be concluded shortly, hardly trial will take one and half month to conclude it. In this view of the matter, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to prefer the application before this Court, if the trial is not concluded within two months.

The application stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

The Trial Court is requested to take efforts to conclude the trial within two months.
